All shipping is currently done though Canada Post. Shipping calculations is done by live rate calculator and is subject to change in stock items will generally ship in 24-48 hrs. custom items or projects will take longer. Customers will be notified via email with approximate ship date. Currently I do not provide in person pick up.

Product Information Policy, Pricing and Inventory

R/C Custom 3D Printing And Specialty Products makes every effort to make sure pricing and inventory information is accurate. It is possible that mistakes can happen. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, the customer will be contacted with the pricing information.  Order can be canceled or adjusted.  Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing, inventory or other errors.  In the event of an order cancellation due to pricing, inventory or other issue, the customer will be fully refunded for any items and/or shipping expenses if applicable.   R/C Custom 3D Printing And Specialty Products is not responsible for changes to the products from the manufactures.  Content and products on the website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without prior written consent from R/C custom 3D printing and specialty products. Limits of Liability Policy

R/C Custom 3D Printing And Specialty Products is not responsible for any injury, personal and/or property damage as a result of using any of its products in any way. In general, our products and our Manufactures products are designed to be used with radio-control models. Radio-Control models can be dangerous, always operate radio-control models in a safe manor and follow the guidelines of your local radio-control modeling governing body.

R/C Custom 3D Printing And Specialty Products is not responsible for any crash damage associated with the use of its products. R/C Custom 3D Printing And Specialty Products has no control with how the product is installed and cannot guarantee that the customer will install or use its products in the proper manner, and therefore cannot be responsible for product use. Also, it is very difficult determine the cause of any radio-control model failure.

When installing, running or using any products, follow all Manufactures recommendations and procedures!

We carefully inspect all incoming inventory and all outgoing orders before they are shipped. All items are warranted by their original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

If any products are damaged by shipping or mishandling, please contact us (rccusom3dprinting@gmail.com) immediately after you have received your package. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. A return authorization number (RA#) will be required and this can be provided by contacting us. Cancelled orders will be refunded less ANY TRANSACTIONS FEES.

All returns must have a valid RA number of they will not be accepted.

All returned items must include the original packaging and be in the same condition that they were provided.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy :

Please be aware that rccustom3dprinting is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost shipments. 

R/C Custom 3d Printing assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:​

1. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering or providing incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.

2. Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.

3. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.

4. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.

5. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

6. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

In the event a product has to be replaced. Once the original Item is received and inspected by us a replacement will be shipped. The customer is responsible for any new fees and shipping charges that may incur, And will be notified by email prior to shipping.
